How can I place an order at Sawtru?

If you have already made up your mind and want to purchase one our products, then you can easily purchase it in few clicks.

Go to your product’s page and click on “Add to Cart”, where you will be redirected to your cart and you will have the choice to whether “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to checkout” if you are done shopping.

If you are a new customer, then you should register first with your contact details. Otherwise, click on "Already registered" and sign in first using your email and password.

Choose your desired payment method, confirm the order, and click on checkout. Stay relaxed and we will take care of the rest!

How do I register?

Click on the Sign Up link at the top right of the page.

Please complete all fields marked with * accurately. Click on Submit.

Congratulations! You now have an account to start shopping!

What if I forgot my password?

It is easy to reset your password. Please go to Sawtru website, click “Log In” and click “Forgot Password.” Type your email address then click “Submit.” An automatic password reset will be sent to your email address.

What is return notice period?

How long does a return exchange refund take?

I have changed my mind. Can I still cancel an order before I receive the item?

At Sawtru , the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within two-business day. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please send us a request through the Contact Us and we will take care of everything!

However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. At that point your next best option is to return the item if you aren’t satisfied with it.
